摘　　要：提出了市级工商行政管理信息系统的建设目标，从应用信息系统和网络系统两个方面，详细阐述了市级工商行政管理信息系统的建设与研究，并分析了系统建设的特点。This paper introduces the constructing goal of City - level Industry and Commerce Administration Information System(CICAIS) . And then it discusses in detail the construction of CICAIS from the two principal parts: the applied information system and network system. Finally, it analyzes the characteristics of CICAIS.
