摘  要:目的:应用分光光度法测定饮用水中铝含量,并对F-离子的干扰及其消除方法进行研究。方法:以铬天青S(CAS)为显色剂、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB)为增敏剂,加入硝酸镧作为掩蔽剂使其与水中F-结合,在λ=610nm测定吸光度。结果:铝浓度在0 .5~5 .0μg/25ml范围内与吸光度有很好的线性关系,回归方程Y=0 .163X+0 .045,相关系数r=0 .999。结论:该方法消除了F-离子的干扰,提高了测定准确度。Objective:To determine the trace aluminum and study the interference and elimination method of F^- ion in drinking water by spectrophotometry.Methods:Cetyl trimethylammonium bromide as a sensitivity promoter of color reaction of chromium azure S with aluminum was selected.F^- reacted with La^(3+) when La(NO_3)_3 was added as a masking agent.λ_(max)=(610 nm).Results: A better line relationship curve was obtained over the range of 0.5^(5.0 μg)/(25 ml) Al^(3+).The regressive equation was calculated as Y=0.163X+0.045,(r=0.999).ConclusionThe interference of F^- was eliminated and the accuracy of the results was improved.
