摘　　要：目的:探讨C yclin D1和C D K4在正常宫颈上皮、宫颈上皮肉瘤样变(C IN)和宫颈鳞癌中表达状况。方法:收集子宫颈活检及手术标本118例,其中正常鳞状上皮14例,C IN25例,宫颈鳞癌79例。采用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测Cyclin D1和C D K4蛋白的表达情况。结果:C yclin D1和C D K4在正常宫颈上皮、C IN和宫颈鳞癌中的表达水平差异有显著性(P<0.05),在不同分化程度的宫颈鳞癌间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:在宫颈鳞癌发生过程中伴有C yclin D1和C D K4表达水平的增高,检测其含量改变有助于宫颈鳞癌诊断。Objective To investigate the expression of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 in normal cervical squamous epithelium,intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and squamous cell carcinoma(CSCC). Methods Specimens were taken from 118 cases of uterine cervix. There were 14 cases of normal cervical squamous epithelium and 25 cases of CIN and 79 cases of CSCC. The cellular protein expressions of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 were studied with streptavidin peroxidase immunohistochemical method. Results The expressions of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 increased significantly in the patients with CSCC and was higher than those in normal cervical squamous epithelium and CIN(P< 0.01 and 0.01). However,there were no significant difference among different pathologic dfferentiation degrees of CSCC. Conclusion The expressions of Cyclin D1 and CDK4 increased significantly in the patients with CSCC,of which dynamic measuration will be a help to the earlier diagnosis of CSCC.
