摘 要:目的:探讨微血管密度(M V D)与非小细胞肺癌(N SC LC)侵袭性行为和预后的关系。方法:微波枸椽酸缓冲液抗原修复后采用微波免疫组化染色方法(LSA B)检测778例N SC LC中的M V D与此组病人的性别、年龄、吸烟史、肿瘤大小、组织学类型、分化程度和淋巴结有无转移的关系。结果:78例N SC LC标本平均微血管计数为(65.8±14.3)条,实际范围18~112条。有淋巴结转移的微血管为(69.5±15.7)条,无淋巴结转移的微血管为(44.3±14.3)条,M V D与有无转移有非常显著的差异性(P<0.01),与年龄、性别、吸烟史、肿瘤大小以及病理学分级等临床病理学特征无明显关系(P>0.05)。结论:M V D高的病人侵袭性强、转移率高、病人预后差,M V D可作为检测N SC LC病人预后的指标。Objective To investigate the relationship between microvascular density(MVD) and the invade ability as well as prognosis of non small cell lung cancer(NSCLC). Methods After antigen were restored by microwave and buffer solution of citrate salts and stained with microwave and LSAB immunohistochemical methods,Light microscopically examinations were carried out to obtain below data:The density of microvessels in 78 cases of NSCLC and its relation to the sex,age,history of smoking,the size of tumors,histological type,the degree of differentiation,and metastasis of lymph node. Results The average counts of microvessels in 78 NSCLC were 65.4±15.3 ranged from 18 to 112. The average counts of microvessels were 69.5±15.7 in the NSCLC with metastasis and 44.3±14.3 in those without metastasis. MVD was related closed to lymph node metastasis(P< 0.01). No relationship exist between MVD and patientssex,age,history of smoking,the size of tumors,and histological type,etc. Conclusion While the higher MVD in NSCLC the stronger invasion,the higher metastasis in patients,and worse prognosis. MVD in NSCLC could be an index to evaluate the prognosis of NSCLC patients.
