摘　　要：传感器技术是现代检测和自动化技术的重要基础之一 ,它已深入到人类生活的各个领域。随着微电脑和微电子技术的日益普及和应用 ,对传感器的性能、数量及用途提出了新的需求 ,这就使人们更加重视对新型传感器的开发。The technology of the sensor is a modern measuring and one of the important foundations of the automatic technology, it has already got deeply to each field of human life. With the popularization and application day by day of the microcomputer and microelectric technique , have put forward the new demand for the performance , quantity and use of the sensor , this makes people add and pay attention to the development to the new-type sensor even more. This text introduces the research current situation of the angry quick sensor and development trend especially.
