摘　　要：针对黑液波美度直接在线检测仪表价格昂贵的现状,采用软测量技术,通过在线检测差压和温度来间接换算出波美度。详细阐述波美度的软测量模型,给出模型参数的辨识方法和模型修正方法,介绍波美度软测量仪表的西门子PLC实现。Aiming at the fact that the direct on-line instrument measuring the Baume degree of black liquor is very expensive, by means of soft measuring technique, an indirect way to figure out Baume degree is proposed by detecting derivative pressure and temperature of the black liquor on-line. The soft measuring model as well as the way of its parameter identification and adjustment is illustrated. The corresponding soft sensor implemented by Siemens PLC is also introduced. It has been in use in a plant with good results.
