高酸值潲水油制取生物柴油的研究

摘　　要：将回收的高酸值潲水油经适当的预处理后 ,采用“边通甲醇蒸气、边蒸馏回收甲醇”的酸催化工艺路线 ,便可使潲水油在制取生物柴油时所出现的反应转化率低的问题得以克服。然后将反应物静置分层 ,并将上层进行中和及盐洗、水洗得到粗品。最后在 - 0 .0 85～ 0 .0 9MPa的真空度下 ,收集 170～ 2 10℃的馏分 ,所得到的生物柴油与 0 #柴油的技术指标相当 。In the preparation of biodiesel from waste restaurant grease, the acid catalyzed process was applied to solve the problem of low conversion. After the pretreatment of recovered waste restaurant grease, the reactant was settled for lay separation. The superior layer was neutralized and washed with salt and water. The 170~210℃ product between -0.085^-0.09 MPa was collected, and its technical index were up to the standard of 0# diesel.
