甘蓝型油菜双重雄性不育系ZCL801A制种纯度观察

摘　　要：在自然条件下隔离制种试验结果表明:ZCL801A不育系在行比为1∶1至1∶3范围内的种子纯度可达91.9%～83.7%,能达到国家二级种80%以上的纯度指标,制种单产可达34.8～52.6 kg/667m2;而行比在1∶4以上时,虽然制种产量相对较高,但所生产的种子的不育株率超过20%,相应地种子纯度低于80%,达不到国家规定的种子质量指标.由此可知,隐性双基因细胞核+广恢型细胞质双重雄性不育系ZCL801A在贵州生态条件下,于9月上旬秋播制种,其行比控制在1∶3以下,种子纯度可达到国家二级种以上质量指标.但从制种产量和质量两个方面综合考虑,宜于9月上旬秋播,以1∶2或1∶3行比最为合适.The results of the seeds producing experiments under natural isolated condition show that: the seed purity of (sterility) ZCL801A is 91.9%~83.7% when the ratio of planting rows is 1∶1 to 1∶3, it can reach the purity of 80% the national second level seeds standard, and its yield reaches 522~789 kg/ha. When the rows ratio are above 1∶4, the sterile (plants) rate for the seeds are above 20%, accordingly, the seeds purity are less than 80%, and can not reach the national seeds standard (requirement), although the seeds productivity are higher. It means the seeds purity of the double recessive genetic nuclear and wide restoring type male sterility ZCL801A could reach the national standard for second level seeds requirement when planting in early September at 1∶3 ratio of planting rows in Guizhou. Considering the productivity and quality for the seeds production, the best planting season should be early September, and the most suitable ratio of planting rows is 1∶2.
