摘　　要：我国高新技术产业发展需要加强政府的政策支持,政府在制定高新技术发展政策时要在遵循基本原则的基础上,扩大其服务管理职能,并建立和完善包括财政、税收、金融、知识产权、人才开发和激励、国际贸易政策等政策支持体系,以便好地促进我国高新技术产业良性发展。The development of high-tech industry in China calls for support of governmental policies. When formulating policies related to high-tech development, the governments should, on the one hand, follow the basic principles, and on the other, improve its administrative service. They should construct and perfect the policy support system which involves finance, taxation, banking, intellectual property, talent cultivation and motivation, international trade, so as to promote the development of high-tech industry in China.
