摘　　要：根据管理专业人才培养和教学改革的需要,阐述了管理专业实验教学模式的特点,实验室建设内容,方法和管理措施。According to the needs of talents training and teaching reformation of the management speciality, this article put forward the characteristic of the teaching mode of the manganement speciality. It also briefly brought forward the structure style of the lab, the methods of lab construction and the measures of management.
