高度近视合并老年性白内障超声乳化摘出及人工晶体植入术的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价高度近视白内障超声乳化摘出及人工晶体植入的临床疗效。方法:对眼轴 >27. 41mm的 31例(36眼)高度近视并发白内障患者,其中Ⅱ级核 5眼,Ⅲ级核 30眼,Ⅳ级核 1眼,施行超声乳化及人工晶体植入术。结果:术后 3月视力≥0. 5者 29眼(80. 6% )。并发症主要包括后囊破裂 2眼 (5. 6% )。高度近视合并视网膜病变是引起白内障术后视力差的主要原因。结论:超声乳化白内障摘出及人工晶体植入术,是高度近视白内障理想的手术方式。Objective:To assess the therapeutie effect of phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation for cataract with high myopia. Methods:Phacoemulsification combined with IOL implantation was done on 31 cases (36eyes) suffering from high myopia complicated by cataract with long axial length >27.41mm. The nucleus hardness was gradeⅡin 5 eyes, grade Ⅲ in 30 eyes and grade Ⅳ in 1 eyes. Results:3 menths after operation,29 eyes got a visual acuity≥ 0.5 (80.6%).The major complication was ruptured posterior phacocyst (5.6%).The major reason of bad vision after implantation of intraoculor lens is high myopia complicated by retinal lesions. Conclusions:The phacoemulsification combined with intraocular lens implantation is a useful technigue for patients with high myopia complicated by catarat.
