摘　　要：目的对祝谌予教授治疗糖尿病慢性并发症的经验和林兰教授对糖尿病血管病变与中医“血瘀”关系的论述进行归纳、总结。方法对糖尿病血管病变的病因病机、防治原则、遣方用药等详尽论述。结果本病病机为气阴两虚,痰浊不化,痰浊瘀血互结于脉络(血管)壁,而致脉络(血管)闭阻。结论益气养阴、化痰散结、活血化瘀为防治原则。Objective: To explore the mechanism and treatment methods of diabetic angiopathy. Methods: Based on Professor Zhuzhenyu's experience of treating the diabetic complication and Professor Linlan's discussion on relationship between diabetic angiopathy and Chinese medical blood stasis, the mechanism, treatment methods were studied.Results: The mechanism of this disease was that deficiency if Qi and Yin, and block of phlegm and turbid led to the blood vessels were obstructed.Conelusion: Reinforcing Qi and Yin, Dispelling phlegm and blood stasis is the principle of preventing and treating diabetic angiopathy
