动脉灌注白花蛇舌草注射液治疗晚期消化道肿瘤

摘　　要：观察动脉灌注白花蛇舌草治疗晚期消化道肿瘤的疗效, 74例晚期消化道肿瘤患者均采用微量化疗药物和白花蛇舌草注射液介入治疗。结果:患者临床症状均有明显缓解,总有效率为68. 9%,几乎未出现化疗毒副反应症状。提示:白花蛇舌草辅以小剂量化疗药物经动脉介入灌注对晚期消化道肿瘤具有一定抑制作用,并可减少化疗毒副作用。To observe the clinical effects of spreading hedyotis herb injection in the treatment of late digestive tumor by arterial perfusion, 74 subjects were treated with this Injection and a small amount of chemotherapeutic substances. Results: The clinical symptoms were improved and the total effective rate was 68.9%, with fewer side effects. It is indicated that this therapy can inhibit the digestive tumor and reduce chemotherapeutic side effects.
