恶性滋养叶细胞瘤肺转移的动态变化与血HCG水平的相关性探讨

摘　　要：目的:探讨侵蚀性葡萄胎、绒癌肺转移灶的发生、发展、消退与血HCG值之间的相关性,了解其变化规律,指导临床治疗。方法:采用回顾性方法分析恶性滋养叶细胞肿瘤肺转移57例(侵蚀性葡萄胎40例,绒癌17例)的肺转移灶阴影出现及消退与血HCG的关系。结果:57例肺转移灶中,延迟出现肺转移阴影的为21%,延迟消退肺转移阴影的为70%。结论:血HCG值能正确、及时反映恶性滋养叶细胞肿瘤的消长过程,反应灵敏。而胸片转移灶阴影的出现和消退需要一定时间,往往晚于血HCG。Objective:By exploring the relationship between the occurrence, development and serum HCG to know its change regularity and guide clinical treatment.Methods:The relationship between shadow appearances of pulmonary metastasis focuses and disappearances in 57 cases of malignant trophoblastic tumor (40 cases of erosive hydatidiform mole and 17 cases of chorioma) and serum HCG were analyzed by retrospectively method.Results:Of 57 cases of pulmonary metastasis focuses, there was 21% of lingering appearances and 70% of lingering disappearances.Conclusion:Serum HCG levels could correctly, timely and sensitively reflect the process of appearance and disappearance of malignant trophoblastic tumor, but the appearances and disappearance of metastasis focuses should need a certain time and usually be posterior to serum HCG.
