摘　　要：焦虑是一种在语言学习中起到重要作用的情感因素。文章通过对产生焦虑的原因进行分析,提出了相应的克服的方法。外语教师在教学的过程中,应该观察学生的情感状况,注重师生间的情感交流,帮助学生克服语言学习中的焦虑,从而心情轻松的学习语言。Anxiety is an important emotional factor in language learning. This article tries to analyze the reasons causing anxiety, and puts forward relevant measures to overcome it. It points out: In order to help students learn foreign languages cheerfully, foreign language teachers should observe students’ emotions in the course of teaching, and emphasize the communication between teachers and students.
