摘　　要：本研究采用反应时、速度判断、深度知觉、记忆力和注意力等5项认知能力指标,对1 2 9名海员的认知能力进行了测试。通过专家咨询法确定了各项指标的权重系数,构建了海员认知能力评价模型,并提出了评价标准。In this study, the cognitive ability of 129 mariners w as surveyed with following indexes:reaction time,speed judgment,depth perception , memory and attention. After the weight of each index was determined by expert co nsultant method,we constructed the cognitive ability assessment model,and put fo rward the assessment standard for mariner cognitive ability.
