摘　　要：管治作为一种综合的协调管理模式,在各国资源环境保护与发展协调中发挥着重要作用,我国也越来越重视通过管治途径解决区域开发与城镇发展中的问题。本文在讨论我国区域开发与城镇发展中管治的核心任务和合理模式的前提下,主要通过对已审批的省域城镇体系规划中管治部分编写的典型范例的分析和《甘肃省城镇体系规划(2003-2020)》中对管治规划编制的综合实践,探讨城镇体系规划中管治规划部分编制的技术规范性。As amode ofcomprehensivecoordina- tion and administration, governance plays an impor- tant role in the coordination of resources, environ- ment and development in many counties. In China more and more attention is being paid on governance to solve the problems in the development of regions and cities. Based on the discussion of the key task and reasonable mode of governance in the develop- ment of regions and cities, this paper analyzes the preparation of governanceplanning in urban system planning at province level by case study of Jiangsu Province, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region and Gansu Province.
