摘　　要：实践成效的层次性聚合论是邓小平系统实践成效观的基质和内核 ;实践成效通过跳跃性发展和渐进性发展实现整体性的聚合 ;国家主体际的交往是国家经济、社会发展获得实践成效的必要途径。This paper holds that systematic practice efficiency could be viewed in two dimensions: the convergence of different levels of development, and the convergence of different phases characterized by leaping development and gradual development. The intercourse among the nation's subjects is the indispensable access for national economy and social development to practice efficiency. These three construct Deng Xiaoping's unique ideas about systematic practice efficiency.
