论我国社会伦理道德的现状及其改善途径

摘　　要：目前,我国的市场经济运行中出现了一些伦理道德的失范现象。社会变动与转型,新道德体系未建立,道德虚无主义影响及社会立法执法不到位是造成目前伦理道德失序的原因。健全与加强社会主义法制,在公众中树立现代化道德和政治责任感,以人文精神作为支柱和动力并充分发挥其规范与推动作用,是改善社会伦理道德现状的良好途径。Market system in China seems to be lack of moral ethics and thus falls into an unprepared chaos: the society is on the way of transition and the new moral system has not been set up. It is the effect of moral nihilism and unsound enforcement of legislation that caused such moral disorder. So the effective ways o improve the current moral ethics are to make a sound and strengthened legal system, establish the modernized morals, develop citizens 'sense of political responsibility, and give full play to humanism spirits in standardization and promotion of moral ethics.
