普罗碘铵穿透血房水屏障的实验研究

摘  要:目的:测定普罗碘铵经肌肉或球后注射后,不同时间点家兔房水中碘的质量浓度。方法:40只健康成年家兔随机 分为3组,Ⅰ组为空白时照组;Ⅱ组每只家免右眼球后注射普罗碘铵0.3ml,72小时后左眼球后注射普罗碘铵0.3ml;Ⅲ组每只 家免肌肉注射普罗碘胺24mg/kg;各组在用药后1小时、3小时、6小时、12小时、24小时取房水,采用砷铈催化分光光度法测 定其中碘浓度。结果:球后及肌肉注射组房水碘含量与空白对照组比较均具有显著性差异。结论:普罗碘铵经肌肉及球后注射 能透过血眼屏障进入眼内,代谢缓慢。Objective: To determine iodine concentration of the rabbit aqueous humor in the different time after prolonium iodide intramuscular or retrobulbar injection. Methods: 40 adult rabbits were randomly divided into 3 groups. Ⅰ group was normal group; in the Ⅱ group, every rabbit injected 0.3ml prolonium iodide with retrobulbar injection for right eye, then injected 0.3ml with intramuscular injection for left eye after 72 h; in the Ⅲ group, every rabbit was injected 24mg/kg prolonium iodide with intramuscular injection; after using the drug, iodide concentration was detected in every group using arsenic and cerium catalysis spectrophotometry in different time. Results: Iodine content of aqueous humor in the intramuscular and retrobulbar injection groups were obvious difference from that in the normal group. Conclusion: Prolonium iodide could enter eye through blood-ocular barrier and metabolizes slow though intramuscular.
