摘 要:观察含0.077nmol/gCr(Ⅲ)的富铬酵母对大鼠实验性高脂血症的防治作用,通过血脂、血铬及扫描电镜下主动脉内皮细胞超微结构的变化,探讨富铬酵母的降脂作用。结果表明,在给高脂饲料的同时按18μgCr·kgbw(-1).d(-1)加入富铬酵母80无后,大鼠TC、TG、LDL-C增加值和HDL-C、HDL_2-C下降值显著低于单纯食高脂饲料者。用本酵母10μgCr·kgbw(-1)·d(-1)治疗40天后观察到,高血脂大鼠TC、TG、LDL-c显著下降,HDL-c、HDL_2-C、血清Cr显著上升,且效果优于月见草油。本文同时观察到,无论是用富铬酵母还是用月见草油来治疗,食基础饲料者比食高脂饲料者各项血脂水平均更接近于正常。从主动脉内皮细胞扫描电镜观察到,用本酵母预防80天后大鼠病变较单纯食高脂饲料组轻。改用基础饲料同时食入富铬酵母的大鼠治疗后病变程度有所减轻,病变范围有所缩小。his study was conducted to investigate the preventive and curative cffect of 0.w7nmol/g Cr enriched yeast to experimental hyperlipidemiain rats. Serum lipid5, scrum Cr and ultrastructural pathological change onthe aortic wall under the scanning electron microscope were observed. Theresults showed that: after feeding on fat enriched ration with Cr enrichedyeast 18μg Cr·kg bw ̄(-1). d  ̄(-1) for 80 days,the value of TC, TG, LDL-C increa-sed and the value of HDL-c, HDL2-C decreased in the group woth Cr sup-plementation were less than the control group. When Cr enriched yeast 10μgCr·kg bw(-1)·day(-1) were given to the hyperlipidemic rats for 40 days, serum TC,TG, LDL-C decreased signficantly, HDL-C, HDL_2-C and serum Cr in crea-sed obviously. The antihyperlipidemic effect of this yeast was better thanOenotheria binnis seed oil. The results of ultrastructural pathological cha-nge showed that: in the preventive test, the cellular swelling, atrophy, widening of intercellular space, worm-eaten-like holes and aggregation of lcukocytes on the vascular wall were lighter than the control group with enriched food. After alternation from fat enriched tation to basic ra-tion and taking Cr enriched yeast, the degree of pathological change in the aortic endothelium was relieved.
