摘 要:本研究通过观察缺锌大鼠及缺锌后补锌大鼠睾丸金属结合蛋白(tes-tismetal-bindingprotein,TMBP)、睾丸和血清锌和睾酮含量的变化,探讨缺锌及低睾酮对TMBP的诱导,揭示TMBP在睾丸的功能。结果表明,营养性缺锌可诱导TMBP大幅度升高。缺锌引起的睾丸睾酮下降也可能是诱导TMBP的因素,缺锌时睾丸锌和睾酮含量与TMBP含量呈负相关。he aim of this study was to verify a hypothesis that the testes metal-binding protein(TMBP)could be induced by zinc deficiency, and to research the relation between the induction and low level of testi-cular teqtosterone, and then to approach the role of TMBP. The concen-trations of TMBP.testosterone and zinc in testes and serum were determin-ed in zinc-deficient rats and zinc-replenished rats. The results indicated that nutritional zinc deficiency could induce TMBP. There were negat-ive correlatiotis between TMBP and zinc, TMBP and testosterone lwvels in the testes of zinc-deficient rats. It was suggested that both low levels of zinc and testosterone in testes were responsible for the induction of TMBP.
