北京地区肺癌患者及健康人血硒水平研究

摘　　要：本文通过对北京地区１００例肺癌患者、１５１倒健康对照血清硒和３４例肺癌患者及３６例对照血浆硒和红细胞硒的研究表明：对年龄、性别、吸烟习惯诸因素分析之后，肺癌患者血清和血浆硒显著低于健康对照组，而红细胞硒含量与对照组无差异。据此，作者认为，肺癌患者的低硒状态是癌作用的结果。he serum selenium concentrations of 100 lung cancer patients and 151 healthy subjects and the selenium levels in erythrocyte and plasma for 34lung cancer patientS and 36 controls in Beijing area were studied. When the age, sex and smoking habit were controled, the serum and plasma selenium levels of lung canccr patients were significantly lower than thehealthy,No statistical differcnco in erythrocyte selcnium lcvels betweenlung cancer patients and controls were found. The results suggested thatthe loxtrer serum selenium concentration was subsequence rather than the cause of lung cancer.
