摘 要:60只雄性SD断奶大鼠,分为铁正常、铁缺乏和铁缺乏补充铁10倍于常量三组。采用59Fe示踪法测量大鼠全身59Fe储留量和各器官、组织的分布。结果显示,铁正常组大鼠全身铁储留率为31.0%~36.0%,铁缺乏组大鼠为84.1%~93.3%,铁缺乏大鼠补铁后储留率由21.8%急剧下降至6.8%。铁缺乏组大鼠小肠粘膜、肝脏、血液与骨骼等铁吸收储留器官、组织铁的分布显著高于铁正常组大鼠,铁缺乏大鼠补铁后组织器官的分布最低。而小肠灌洗液、结肠和粪便内铁分布表现出完全相反的结果.ixty male weanling Sprague Dawley rats were made iron normal,irondeficient and iron supplementation models by feeding the diet with normaldose iron,without iron and 10 times normal dose iron, Radioactivity inwholebody and various organs or tissues were measured using radio isotope59Fe with Whole Body Counter and Y-Scintillation Counter.The results showed that the rate of iron retention of wholc body in ironnormal rats were 31.0%-33.1%, iron deficient rats were 89.2%-93.3%,and it was reduced from 21.8%to 6.8%by iron supplemenation, The irondistribution in the intestinal mucosa,liver, blood and carcass of iron defi-cient rats were significantly higher than the iron normal rats, and irondistribution in those organs in iron supplemented rats were lowest.
