摘　　要：在知识经济时代 ,我国企业不可不惜代价强行模仿 ,而应在国家科教兴国战略下 ,结合我国企业长期以来发展的实践经验 ,利用知识经济时代的良好环境 ,对企业管理模式进行创新 ,做到既古为今用、洋为中用 。In the knowledge economy era,our enterprises should not force an imitation at any cost,but make use of the good environment of the knowledge economy era,under the direction of invigorating China with science and education,to make an innovation of the style of enterprises’ management.Referring to the practical experience of our enterprises’ development within a long period,we should make the past serve the present,make foreign expericences serve China and cultivate our own characteristics.
