摘　　要：根据组织管理波动的评价原理和问卷抽样调查的统计结果分析 ,从静态和动态角度构建企业组织管理预警评价指标体系 ,探讨各评价指标的测评或计算方法 ,以有效监测、诊断和预控企业组织管理状态。On the basis of organizational management theory and statistics of questionnaire investigation, an evaluation index system with the static evaluation indexes and the dynamic evaluation indexes on the forewarning system of enterprises organizational management is constructed. The measuring and calculating methods of the indexes are given so as to measure, diagnose and fore control the state of enterprises organizational management.
