摘　　要：简述高等院校内部管理体制改革的若干问题 ,认为高等院校内部管理体制改革可以实行党、政管理一体化 ;教学、学生管理一体化 ;科研、总务后勤产业化 ;管理手段网络化 ;管理队伍专职化 ;高等院校应追求求生存、重提高、谋持续发展的同步化。The author outlines problems in the reform of internal management system of colleges and universities, thingking that the reform can be carried out through the integrzation of the Party and the government as well as that of the teaching and the students' management, the industrialization of scientific research and general rear services, the operation of network in management methods, the full time service of managerial staff and synchronization of colleges and universities in the pursuit of existence, improvement and sustainable growth.
