摘　　要：以 ２１世纪金融学科发展和对人才素质的要求为目标．根据多年来对金融专业学生培养的实践及金融学科课程建设和教学管理经验，结合理工科大学的特点，提出未来金融学科课程体系结构框架和与之相适应的着重素质教育、能力培养的教学内容和教学方法。This paper first summarizes the experiences of cultivating students of finance speciality as well as construction of finance subject and teaching management for years. Combining with the characteristic of engineering university, it then proposes the courses system of finance for 2lst century and the relevant education contents and methods according to the experiences, the target of finance development and diathesis of person with ability.
