摘　　要："半费之讼"既关涉到逻辑问题,又关涉到法律问题.但主要还是逻辑问题."半费之讼"的双方都犯有同样严重的逻辑错误.旧案新探,明辨是非,对我们仍有启示作用.The case of'Action for a half tuition'involves both in logic and in law,but it is mainly a problem of logic because both sides concerned just made serious mistakes in logic.Therefore,it is instructive for us to probe into this case again to distinguish between right and wrong.
