摘　　要：面对知识经济、经济全球化和加入WTO前所未有的机遇和挑战 ,中国企业必须培养造就一批能与国际经济接轨的可以与“狼”共舞的现代企业家。企业家是实现企业持续增长的经营管理者 ,企业家之所以能成为企业家 ,固然原因是多方面的 ,然而 ,具有不断创新、追求卓越。This century is featured by knowledge economy and economy globalization,China has been up against opportunities and challenges after the entrance of WTO,China government ought to cultivate entrepreneurs meeting the requests of international economy.Entrepreneurs are those who can help the enterprise achieve its goals of sustaining development.A modern entreprenur can be described as a person who has innovative mind and is enterprising,regarding his credit as his life.
