摘　　要：在整理和剖析几种国内外有关基于资源基础观的企业成长理论研究成果的基础上,论述了现代企业成长理论的异质性假设、综合性知识积累增长、资源的动态竞争优势、产业分析路径以及行为、学习等五个重要组成部分,并分析该理论的现实意义。It reviews the development history of enterprise's growth theory, then describes some factors related with firm's growth and development: heterogeneity hypothesis; a accumulated increase of integrated knowledge, dynamic competitive advantage of business resource, industry analyzing approach, organization behavior、enterprise study. Finally, it points out some realistic effect of the theory.
