摘  要:应用“匹配吸收”和“频带窗口”理论 ,对台车炉内有参与性介质存在时的辐射换热进行了分析 ,建立了新的辐射换热模型 ,弥补了传统计算中将炉衬视为辐射绝热面和将烟气视为灰气体的不足。研究表明 :提高炉衬的发射率可以有效地提高料坯的净辐射热流 ,从而提高炉窑的热效率。The heat radiation exchange is analyzed in room-shaped furnace with participating medium and a new heat radiation model has been established according to the principles of“Match Absorption”and“Spectrum Window”.The new model makes up the shortage of conventional heat exchange calculation method in which the furnace lining was looked to be a radiation insulator and the participating medium was simply regarded as gray gas.It is proved that the net heat radiation exchange to the reheating material surface can be enhanced with the increase of the furnace lining emissivity.The thermal efficiency of room-shaped furnaces is improved effectively.
