摘　　要：现代企业组织模式陈旧、老化,不适合经济发展的需要,本文以系统理论为基础。The organized model of modern enterprise is outmoded and aging and can not meet the needs of economic development,the passage analyses the malpractice of the organized model and its countermeasure based on the system theory,and it has realistic meanings especially for studying the development of the organized model.
