摘 要:探讨了雨生红球藻(Haematoccuspluvialis) 712株的适宜培养条件及藻体诱导累积虾青素的培养基条件.重点研究了温度、pH和光照条件对雨生红球藻营养生长的影响,以及NaNO3 、Fe2 + 盐和乙酸钠浓度对雨生红球藻诱导累积虾青素含量的影响.结果表明,2 4℃、10 0 0~15 0 0lx连续光照,pH8.0左右的生长条件适合雨生红球藻游动细胞增殖,使平均生长速率达到0 .2 5 2d-1.通过正交试验表明缺氮培养基对于雨生红球藻细胞累积虾青素最为有利,虾青素含量达到6 .72 μg·mL-1。The paper discussed the optimal culture conditions and the media condition to the accumulation of astaxanthin of the strain 712 of Haematoccus pluvialis. It studied in detailed on the effects of temperature, pH and illumination conditions on the culture of Haematoccus pluvialis. And the paper (also) studied the effects of the concentration of NaNO_3, FeSO_4 and sodium acetate on the accumulation of astaxanthin. The results suggested that the conditions such as 24?℃, illuminated continuously under the intensity of 1?000~1?500?lx, and pH 8.0 are suitable for the growth of mobile cells and the average growth rate was 0.252?d^(-1). By orthogonal test, it suggested that media without nitric salts are suitable for the accumulation of astaxanthin, the astaxanthin content reached 6.72?μg/mL, and high concentrations of FeSO_4 and sodium acetate have no significant effects on the accumulation of astaxanthin.
