黄鳝体内寄生虫感染对血液若干生化指标的影响

摘　　要：　研究了感染胃瘤线虫和新棘衣棘头虫的黄鳝血液若干生化指标的变化.结果表明:被胃瘤线虫和新棘衣棘头虫感染的黄鳝血液的血清总蛋白、白蛋白和血红蛋白含量减少,而血清谷草转氨酶、乳酸脱氢酶活力显著增大(P<0.05或P<0.01)血糖浓度有减小,但变化不明显.The changes of some biochemical values in the blood of Monoptems albus infected with Eustrongylides sp. and Pallisentis ( Neosentis) celatus were studied. The result showed that the content of total protein(TP), albumin (Alb) and hemoglobin were decreased, that the concentration of blood sugar was slightly reduced and the change wasn't significant, and that the energy of lactata dehydrogenase(LDH) and Alanine Aminotransferase(GOT) were evidently increased(P <0.05 or P < 0.01).
