摘　　要：从两个或三个次序统计量出发,讨论了二参数Weibull分布的参数估计问题,在实际数据的缺失、删失、截尾等情况下,为可靠性试验的数据处理提供了一种有效的估计方法.The problem of the parameter estimation of two-parameter weibull distribution is discussed using two or three order statistics.In practice we often need to deal with implement data,especially in reliability statistics.It provides an effective method for estimating the parameter of Weibull distribution.
