摘  要:针对常规PID控制参数多是离线人工整定 ,且一次性整定的PID参数难以保证其控制效果始终处于最佳状态等缺陷 ,依据专家经验 ,模仿人类思维 ,通过辨识系统响应的瞬态特征 ,提出了一种智能PID控制方法 ,确定PID控制时系统加速、“刹车”、还是保持 ,以修正不同阶段的控制作用 ,改善常规PID控制性能。仿真结果及该方法在铍青铜热处理炉温控制系统中的应用表明 ,专家经验和传统PID控制的结合既保持了PID控制简捷、可靠 ,又提高了控制器性能 。The parameter tuning of routine PID control is an offline and manual work, which is difficult to ensure that the control effect is in the best state all the time based on one-tuning of PID control parameters. To address the problems, according to experience of experts and imitating human's thought by identifying the response characters of system, an intelligent PID control method is proposed to judge acceleration, braking or keeping of system in order to correct the control effect in different stages of PID control. The method makes the performance of routine PID control be improved. The imitating result and the application of this method in temperature control system of beryllium-bronze heat treatment show that the combination of expert experience and tradition PID control improves the performance of controller, and meanwhile, maintains briefness and credibility of PID control. The method has a bright future for practical application.
