摘 要:目的探讨及时进行有计划的健康教育对食管癌手术患者的影响。方法将51例食管癌患者随机分为两组,以传统健康教育方式为对照组,运用评估、计划、实施、评价程序及时进行健康教育为观察组。结果观察组在疾病认知、检查指导、术前准备知识、用药知识、有效咳嗽排痰、留置管道配合及自我护理能力等方面的效果明显较对照组好,经字2检验,具有显著性差异(P<0.005)。结论食管癌手术患者及时有计划地进行健康教育,显著地提高了健康教育效果和病人的自我保健能力。Objective To explore the effect of timely planned health education on patients with esophageal cancer operation. Methods 51 patients with esophagea l cancer were randomized into two groups. 26 cases in the first half year as con trols received conventional health education and 25 cases in the second half tim ely planned health education, in the order of evaluation, planning, execution, a nd assessment. Results The effects in the observational group were significant ly better than those in the controls regarding disease recognition, check instru ction, preoperative preparation of knowledge, knowledge of medication, sputum ev acuation by effective cough, cooperation at indwelling catheter and self-care ab ility by ?字2 test (P<0.005). Conclusion Timely planned health education for th e patients with esophageal cancer is effective in raising the effect of health e ducation and enhancing their ability in self-care.
