摘　　要：目的:探讨结直肠癌患者与P53基因表达改变的相关性。方法:用半定量逆转录PCR(RT-PCR)检测P53蛋白mRNA的表达水平,比较各组的差异。结果:结直肠癌患者P53蛋白mRNA的表达水平从正常粘膜、癌旁组织、腺癌有逐渐降低的趋势,且正常粘膜组与腺癌组比较,差异具有显著性(P<0.05);结论:结直肠癌患者与P53蛋白mRNA表达的降低有一定的相关性。Objective: To explore the relationship of the change of P 53 gene expression in colorectal cancer. Methods: Using RT-PCR to measure the level of mRNA of P 53 protein, compare the difference between with the colorectal group and the control group. Results: The level of mRNA of P 53 protein decreased more significantly in adenocarcinoma than in normal mucous membrane tissues (P<0.05). Conclusions: The change of expression of P 53 in tumor cells may be linking and promotion of colorectal cancer.
