摘　　要：文章首先论述了我国《消费者权益保护法》第 4 9条适用的实体条件 ,然后分析了第 4 9条适用的范围 ,最后指出了第 4 9条的赔偿范围。The article firstly discusses the applicable conditions of the forty-ninth item in China's Consumer Protection Law, secondly analyzes its scope of application and at last points out its scope of compensation.
