民事执行中对自然人执行难的原因及对策探析

摘　　要：本文就我国法院普遍存在的对自然人的执行难问题,通过对执行难原因的分析,从立法与司法的角度提出了解决这一问题的构想,即在执行措施中增设对自然人的限制消费制度和民事管制制度,以期对法院解决对自然人的执行难问题有所裨益。Ubiquitous difficult problem of execution to t he natural person of court of our country is analysed in this paper.It proposes solving the idea of this problem in term of legisla ting with administration of justice, namely the system that the one that set up to natural person in the executive measure of curbing consumption and controllin g the system civilly, expecting the court to solve the difficult problem of exe cution to the natural person beneficially.
