摘  要:[目的 ]了解急诊病人就诊情况及急救部护理人力资源配置状况 ,为急救部合理配置护士提供客观依据。 [方法 ]应用自设问卷调查表 ,制定工作量登记统计表 ,调查我院急救部在 2 0 0 3年 6月— 7月期间人力资源配置情况。问卷调查病人、医务人员对护理工作满意度 ,统计护理工作量等 ,分析急诊病人就诊人次分布、护理工作负荷和科室护士长护理人力资源管理情况。[结果 ]我院急诊工作特点以外科急症为主 ,占急诊总数 5 5 % ;2 4h急诊病人就诊高峰为上午和小夜班时间 ,护理工作负荷大 ,人员安排相对较少 ,中午、下午班就诊人数少 ,人员安排相对较多。 [结论 ]急救部合理安排人力资源进行护理管理 ,是提高护理质量行之有效的方法。to know about status quo of patients seeing the doctors and distribution of nursing labor resources in e Inergency departlnent,in ordertoproVideo ectiVe bases for e Inergency departlnenttoallocatenursesreasonably.Method:toinves- tigate the distribution of nursing labor resources in emergency department in our hospital from Jun 2003 to Jul 2003 by filling out self made questionnaires and self made out workload statistic table .Contents of the questionnaire included the satisfaction degree of patients and medical staffs towards nursing care,and nursing workload was counted statistically·The distribution of patients seeing doctors in e Inergency,nurses’workload and Inanage Inent of nursing laborre- sources for head nurse of department were alsoanalyzed. sult:thecharacteris- tics of e Inergency work in our hospital are that 55%of patients seeing for doctor mainly with surgical proble ms,the rush hours in e mergency department are in the Inorning and eVening shift,there were a few nurses with relatiVe large work- load this times .Ai noon and in the afternoon,there were relatiVely fewer pa- tients Visited the hospital,but with relatiVely Inore nurses on duty .Conclusion:it suggested that to arrange nursing labor resources reasonably in e Inergency depart- Inent as a nursing Inanagelnent 15 one ofeffectiVe Waystoenhancenursingquali- tV.
