摘　　要：阳离子抗菌肽是一类具有广谱抗菌、抗病毒活力,能抑制肿瘤细胞和调节免疫能力的带正电荷的短肽。本文对其作用机理及构效关系作出综述。Cationic antimicrobial peptides are a class of positively charged peptides known fortheir broad-spec- trum antimicrobial activity. They have also been shown to possess antiviral, anticancer activity and the ability to modulate theinnate immune response. Recent studies of themechanism of action as wellas the relationship between peptidestructure and antibacterial activity are reviewed.
