摘 要:目的 通过观测复苏犬红细胞 ATP酶活性及血肿瘤坏死因子(tumor necrosis factor,TNF)含量的变化,探讨复苏后血粘度增高及血流动力学紊乱的机制。方法 电击致犬室颤心跳呼吸骤停,15 min进行标准复苏,观察心脏停跳15 min、复苏后0.5 h、2 h、4 h时红细胞Na+-K+ATP酶、Ca2+ATP酶活性及血TNF含量。结果 心脏停跳及复苏后,Na+-K+ATP酶活性、Ca2+ ATP酶活性显著降低(P <0.05 vsP <0.05),血TNF含量明显升高(P <0.01)。相关分析显示:Ca2+ATP酶活性与TNF含量呈显著负相关 r =-0.5299,P <0.05)。结论 红细胞ATP酶活性降低可能导致了复苏后血液粘度升高,TNF含量升高与血流动力学不稳定有关,二者在复苏后的病理生理过程中可能起协同作用。Objective To investigate the mechanism of the increase of viscosity of blood and homodynamic disorder by way of observing the change of erythrocytic ATPase activity and serum TNF contents in resuscitation dogs. Methods Dogs were given electrical shock with ventricular fibrillation/cardiac arrest(CA) and normally resuscitated after 15 minutes. Na+-K+ATPase, Ca 2+ATPase activity of erythrocyte and serum TNF contents were measured at 15 minutes after CA, 0.5h, 2h, 4h post-resuscitation respectively. Results Erythrocytic Na+-K+ATPase,Ca 2+ATPase activity decreased significantly (P<0.05 vs. P<0.05)and serum TNF contents increased markedly(P<0.01)after 15min of CA and resuscitation. The number analyzed indicated there was significantly negative correlation(r= -0.5299,P<0.05)between Ca 2+ATPase activity and TNF contents. Conclusions Decrease of ATPase activity can result in the increase of viscosity of blood and TNF can participate in homodynamic instability, both of them can play an synergistic role during physiopathologic duration post-resuscitation.
