摘　　要：ＭＣＸＯ（微机补偿型晶体振荡器）的研制生产，在很大程度上依赖于其实验开发系统。在国内外大量技术成果的基础上，介绍了开发系统的构成原理和设备，特别说明了其测量部分优良的测量精度和响应时间对于ＭＣＸＯ的技术指标的保证，以及在开发系统整体结构简化方面的作用。The research and mnufacture of MCXO depend on their test system to agreat extent. This paper describes the principle and equipment of MCXO test system. Thefunctions of measurement accuracy and response time of measuring device in the system forMCXO accuracy and simplifying structures of the system and MCXO are also analysed.
