国内外新型浆纱机的性能剖析

摘　　要：分析了以S432型浆纱机为主的六种国外浆纱机和以GA308型浆纱机为主的八种国内浆纱机等十四种多单元传动、双浆槽新型浆纱机的性能,对各机型的经轴退绕形式、浆槽结构、烘燥形式、车前机构等各部分的特点进行了分析,总结了新型浆纱机的发展趋势,指出:预湿上浆、高压上浆、多单元传动、高架烘筒、后上蜡及复分绞等工艺、技术措施值得大力推广应用。Property of fourteen new type sizing machine of multi-unit transmission and double size boxes is analyzed, consist of six abroad sizing machines which take S432 sizing machine as example and eight domestic sizing machines which take GA308 sizing machine as example. Specialty of warp beam unwinding way, size box form, drying way and front frame mechanism of each type sizing machine is analyzed, and the develop trend of new type sizing machine is summarized, it shows that technology and measures of pre-wet sizing, hi-pressure sizing, multi-unit transmission, suspension type drying drum, after waxing and complex lease are worth of expansion and application.
