摘 要:依托遥感获取的土地利用现状数据为依据,结合陕西省96个站点近45年的气象和地质资料,选择干旱、雨涝、沙漠化、水土流失、滑坡、泥石流、冰雹等指标,应用主成分分析等方法将陕西省划分为极重灾害区、重灾害区、中灾害区和少灾害区等4个灾害等级区域,分析了其区域差异特征。结合不同区域的自然环境与社会经济状况进行了自然灾害的综合灾势分析与环境可持续发展评价。Based on the land use data derived from remote sensing,weather and geology information data for the recent 45 years in Shaanxi,the features of regional differentiation were analyzed.The comprehensive indices for natural calamity,including:aridity,water-logging,desertification,water and soil loss,landslide,mud-rock flow and hailstone were selected and analytical main composition method was applied.According to the degree of different calamity,Shaanxi province was divided into four disaster regions,extreme heavy,heavy,middle and little. Furthermore,the integrated analysis and assessment of the tendency of different regions' disasters was presented,combined with their natural environment and socio-economic condition. The results show that the natural environment is fragile, natural calamities are many in unmber,intensity is great in the middle of Guanzhong and north of Shaanxi.Therefore,reasonable land use,scientific production planning and implementation of the project should be established to reduce the occurrence of nature disasters,make the developments of the ecosystem environment and society economy beneficial and speed up the step of the northwest development.
