摘　　要：研究了各工艺参数对铸态贝氏体灰口铸铁的影响。结果表明，铸态贝氏体灰口铸铁的组织和性能不仅与合金元素的正确选择及配合有关，而且还与铸件的冷却方式及冷却速度有关，与强化孕育及高温过热等工艺因素也有着密切的关系。The innuences of technological parameters on As-Cast Bainite lron wasstudied.The results show that the formation of Bainite Grev lron's constitution is relatednot only to the correct multiselection of alloy elements,but also to the rate of cooling andmode of cooling, and also closely to the parameters such as the inoculation and overheatin high temperaturc.
