摘　　要：学校以育人为本,尤其是培养高端人才的高等院校,学生工作的好坏将直接波及到学校大局的稳定,而学生的最直接管理者和责任人就是班主任。文章对班主任应该具备的素质进行了阐述和分析。Offering good education is the basic function of every school, especially college and university with the purpose of cultivating advanced and remarkable talents. Therefore, the management level on students must make an influence on the stability of a school whole situation. For this reason, the paper makes an analysis and clarification of the necessary qualities of a teacher in charge of a class - the direct manager and charger of students.
