晚期前列腺癌31例疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨以内分泌治疗为主的综合治疗晚期前列腺癌的价值。方法采用内分泌治疗(去势及术后服用缓退瘤)为主的综合治疗方法治疗31例晚期前列腺癌,随访症状改善情况,定期前列腺肛门指检和血PSA测定,记录生存时间。结果症状迅速改善,前列腺逐渐缩小、软化,血PSA迅速下降,1年有效率100%,8例死亡患者平均生存30.4月,23例继续随访中。结论以内分泌治疗为主的综合治疗是晚期前列腺癌的有效疗法。Objective To study the treatment of advanced prostate cancer. Methods 31 cases of advanced prostate cancer were treated with complex treatment based on endocrine therapy (castration and taking flutamide), the symptom and digital rectal examination (DRE) were followed up, the prostate specific antigen (PSA) level were detected at definite time and alive time after treatment were recorded. Results All patients get better than pre-treatment rapidly, the prostate became smaller and softer, serum PSA were reduced rapidly, effective rate in one year were 100%, the average survival time of 8 death cases were 30.4 months, another 23 cases were following up. Conclusions Complex treatment based on endocrine therapy is an effective method for advanced prostate cancer.
